Functional Health & Nutrition Coach!

I’m Kesha Bailey, a Certified Functional Health & Nutrition Coach specializing in women’s hormone, thyroid, and gut health.

I work with women who are tired of chasing symptoms of fatigue, weight resistance, digestive issues, and hormone imbalance and want to understand what’s actually happening in their bodies. Through a functional, root-cause approach, I help women restore balance using personalized nutrition, lifestyle support, and sustainable habits.

My coaching is grounded in science and guided by faith. I believe the body was designed with intention, and healing happens when we support all of it: physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Why I Do This Work

There was a time when I didn’t recognize my own life.

I was over 250 pounds, living with chronic pain and constant inflammation. My energy was so low that simply making it through the day felt overwhelming. I was exhausted before noon, dealing with high blood pressure, borderline type 2 diabetes, ADHD that felt out of control, anxiety and depression that quietly stole my joy…

I wasn’t living, I was surviving.

I remember feeling trapped in a body that wasn’t working the way it should, frustrated by symptoms no one could fully explain, and afraid that this was just ‘how it was going to be’. I loved my family deeply, but I didn’t have the energy to show up the way I wanted to, the way they needed me. Playing with my kids felt impossible. I was constantly running on empty.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started addressing the root causes.

Through functional nutrition, lifestyle changes, and a Christ-centered approach to healing, I began supporting my body the way it was designed to function. Little by little, my health transformed, not just on the scale, but in every part of my life.

Today, I’m around 140 pounds, my blood pressure and A1C are back in healthy ranges, my inflammation and chronic pain are gone, and my energy is steady throughout the day. My ADHD is manageable, my anxiety and depression symptoms have largely lifted, and my perimenopause symptoms are minimized. There are no more midday crashes and no more dragging myself through life.

I’m playing with my kids like I’m one of them again.
I’m present.
I’m strong.
I’m truly enjoying life.

This is why I do this work…because I know what it feels like to be dismissed, exhausted, and told your symptoms are “normal.” I know what’s possible when you uncover the root causes and give your body the support it needs with faith, patience, and intention.

My mission is to help other women experience this same freedom: healing their bodies, restoring their energy, and reclaiming their lives; all while honoring God’s design for their health.
